Well – this week we are experimenting with watercolor – that’s for sure. Don’t get too used to it – after this week’s share I ended up ditching the watercolor, to perhaps be revisited at a later date. While I really enjoy the extra pop of color, I was using the wrong paper. The paper would bend and warp with the addition of water, and so I told myself I’d try again once I had a better sketchpad. Well… Quite a few months later and I still haven’t revisited it. WHOOPS.

That’s okay. This is also the end of the underwater series – which really holds a special place in my heart, because I love sea creatures so much. BUT – I will say that I’m excited for the next full series that’s going to come up… I don’t think we’ll touch on it next week just yet… but I will say, it’s outer space!
