Hey, all! This week we’ve got sand dunes, waterfalls, and mountains! The landscape series continues – with one little maned wolf making an appearance, leftover from the animal series.

I mentioned in last week’s post, but landscapes don’t come easily to me, so working on these illustrations was a little challenging in some ways, but it was fun to explore. There are so many different types of terrain and texture, and trying to represent them with my own style ended up being quite fun.

My favorites from this week are “Dune,” and “Montanita” but “Dune” is a clear favorite. I think the linework looks really strong, and the color scheme works well for me. “Montanita” is a close second, but I think it feels a little chaotic and not super cohesive.
